Get some! Get some!

Today I started Week 2 of Ripped in 30.   I really enjoy this second week workout, but it hurts my backside.   A lot.   And Jillian scares me.   A lot.   She said she was going to come to my house and bounce a quarter off my butt. I truly fear she just might show up, and yell at me. J illian did however promise that you won’t do the same workouts twice throughout the whole 30 days, and she is staying true to her promise.  I like variety.  This week’s workout includes a crazy ass pendulum lunge and bicep curl at the same time.   I  have zero balance and hate lunges, so I tend to half ass it and hope she can’t see me through the TV.
 
I should have waited to start the whole Ripped in 30 today, but I was excited and started it a week a head of time.  I read a hilarious weight loss blog called Mama Laughlin.  Mama Laughlin and her devote followers have decided to make October the Jillian Michaels DVD challenge, as October is the scariest month of the year and Jillian is a scary lady, so I had a week head start.(I am glad I am not the only one who thinks this.)
