100 g container of Danone Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt (Or any flavour that turns
your crank)

crushed Raw Almonds
10 milk chocolate chips
4
tbs of Gay Lea Fat Free Whipped Cream10 milk chocolate chips
Approx
250 calories. ZERO guilt!

200 calories and ZERO guilt!!!
